Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Rhode Island

Hi, My name is - - -. My address is : - - -, -, RI -.My date of birth is : -/-/-.My social security number is : - 0n -/-/- I reported to the credit bureaus that I did not authorize the folowing banks and financial institutions to pull Hard Copy inquiries from my credit report. I also told the dealership not to run my credit with any other banking institution for credit on our new vehicle, I only gave permission only from " - - - '. I told them if their financial institution which is " - - - '' could not finance us, then I do not want to buy the vehicle. I was informed by my sales Representative -, that my credit would not be sent to any other financial institutions. But to my suprise, I found out later that, that was a lie. When I pulled my credit report it had so many more Hard Copy inquiries pulled from the following instututions and banks : -Here are the detail of the hard pull inquiries which Exparian ) are 1.- - - -/-/- 2.- - - -/-/- 3. - - - -/-/- 4.- -/-/- 5.- -/-/- ). I did not give permission to run my credit from all those instititions and banks except " - - - '' who financed the vehicle for us. I wrote the dealer and they did not respond to my request for them to contact the financial institutions and have them to remove those unauthurized inquiries of my credit report. These inquiries are hurting my credit and me and my husband have put off building a home due to these inquiries. I have given them more than enough time to remove these inquiries and they have not. I like all these banks and institutions remove these unauthurized inquiries. Anything you can do to remove these from my record would be greatly appreciated. Again thank you so much for your help.
