I dropped - due to charges on my bill that were incorrect. These were overage data charges, which I had - alert me when our family would be going over the data plan, which they had BUT in this particular month, they did not for some reason which left my phone bill which would be normally $300.00 to $1000.00, in which - only agreed to discount $200.00 for being a loyal customer. Cell phones were returned to - - collection noticed mailed out to me about a month later with the amount of the outstanding charges AND the - cell phones.
