Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Virginia

I have disputed multiple times the incorrect information being reported for an installment loan from - that 's has been continually reported as a mortgage loan and now I am unable to qualify for a first time home buyer loan due to this issue so I am unable to purchase a home and I am going to have nowhere to live due to the fact that my current lease is getting ready to expire.. PLEASE help me, I do n't know what else to do, myself and my son are in a very difficult situation and I need immediate assistance.
