Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Illinois

I applied for a card with - on a " pre-screened & approved letter ''. I was then told that I was denied due to reports from Experian, and -, -. I tried to contact both of them, both refuse to even respond to me, nor was -. These firms know they have wrong credit information, and Experian did send me one letter stating I had to supply information that - - - gave them, doing so just to update their credit records, and report they did nothing wrong. Their actions have done me a great deal of harm, and stopped me from getting medical equipment needed for my mother in -.
