Denied a promotional offer for new money in a savings acctg. Major bank with minor customer service. Latest response was that I was ineligible due to not receiving offer in mail while I was offered this promotion in person from their bank representative. Have spent several visits to branch office, hours on the phone, and countless time with chats and emails with extremely long turn around time for any answers to this problem. Was told in branch, that this unfortunately business as usual and I am one of many with similar problem with same representative.
