JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
As part of a $390.00 annual fee, the - Rewards card through Chase bank offers certificates for 2 free night stays. I attempted to use them on three different occasions and was told that there were no rooms available for free night stay. On each occasion there were the least expensive rooms available at the property but was told the free nights were unavailable. On two occasions, the city I was attempting to book a room had - - hotels but rooms for free nights were unavailable at each, so I really attempted to use the certificates a - different hotels. I feel like this has been classic " bait and switch tactic '' with no good faith on the part of - to honor the certificates. Additionally, Chase Bank is unwilling to do anything in order to attempt to resolve situation, saying it is up to -. I reminded Chase that they were the ones that collected the nearly $400.00 annual fee. They are unwilling to refund the annual fee.
