Ditech took over my home mortgage from Greentree. They kept trying to force me into an Escrow account with them - increasing ( escalating ) my monthly payment by over $700.00, even though I repeatedly told them that I did not want it and that I had already paid my own taxes. They kept lying about me having not paid my real estate taxes ( even when my county tax office kept telling them that I was paid up in full through - 2016 ). Finally after no less than - calls and faxes, they relented. I solved the problem by getting a refinance elsewhere.
