I applied for a - credit card and read the agreement .It says there will no monthly maintenance fees started until 2nd year of terms.Yet I closed my account before entering the 2nd term.There is still a balanc I am paying off from the company.They have added the monthly maintenace fee on tho while paying it off tho. I dont feel that is legal according to what I read.This is due to the fact as I said I didnt enter in to the 2nd year of term because I wasnt willing to pay a $120.00 annual plus a - $ monthly fee, that would have been - a year to keep open whether you have a balance or not.
