I inadvertently discover that B of A has " misplaced '' my heloc payments on 4 different occasions. They were eventually " found '' after several months, however, the math in calculations is suspect i.e. when a payment was lost, I was charged interest and when the payment was found, I was charged interest again. I have been trying to resolve this problem for 2 months and all I get are promises from the " official '' at the branch office. I have a very documented journal of what has transpired, as well as bank statements proofing my concerns..
