Hi my name is - - and i have a few issues going on at once and i need help as i am - and have many Health issues going on at once.In - i went to court because of Lawyers - and i filed with civil court to have them discharged or in my case to have the Judge Vacant the Dockets because i explained i had no idea what they were and because i have been - since -.That they were not mine.And then i received a letter in the mail from - County Court in New Jersey from the Judge that they did in fact Vacant the order and i thought all was said and done.Then i had a Breach on on my credit report from - which is another issue i have to deal with.This happen with - and i gave them the letter because not only did - take my money from my bank account they took it from my Sons with was a minor and took his Financial aid.And the accounts were not linked.Fast forward to now .I have had my Credit breached from - and they came with more Docket numbers that by


time - has pulled unethical unlawful tactics.It has been 13 Years since i have had any Credit but - cards.I also do n't know how they can do this without informing me as well as Citibank.When i first went out on - i called any credit card company i owned to see what to do but because they were so low some told me see if you get any thing in the mail and if you do n't, you do n't have to worry about it.At least i tried to do something.And i never really received anything.What i am really upset about is they just went into my Citibank account which i have savings to put money on side to pay bills i am on Social Security and they left me with - Dollars four days before -.I also just Lost my Sister on -.I dont own these items that they are coming after me for which is what i said tomthe court from the very begining.And if that this is not enough i hhave - having a field Day charging me astrnomical amount of bills every Month.i have no house phone just - Boxes and internet they charged me $260.00 on -/-/- and just charged me $360.00 on -/-/- so you see i am getting it from all ends and just having a loss in my Family has been over whelming.I would like - to leave me alone as i have already addressed this in person with the Judge yet they just keep up with this Nonsense if a Judge says to Vacat the order do n't you think by Law they should and im shocked that Citibank would let this happen again after me also Contacting the Federal Trade commsion two times on this Matter they put money back in my Account and then took out $650.00 on - - Just before the Holidays and i have no idea what they are talking about when it has - addressed.Please help me with this matter because my Health issues have gotten worse and i am tired of fighting something that is not mine.I have not received anything in the mail they jsut took my Social Security Money.- P.s.Their also the matter of - but that is for another time.Thanks for any help in advance
