I am a Citibank customer and I had signed up for an offer to transfer a certain amount of money ( that is new to bank ) between - - 2016 and - - 2016 and maintain that balance through 3 statement periods after that ( - - 2016 in my case ). The offer was that Citibank would pay bonus interest of certain dollars to my account if I satisfied all the criteria ( within 90 days of end of statement period when I qualified for the offer ) - so they had time until end of - 2016 statement period to pay me the promotional interest. I received confirmation from Citibank that I have satisfied all the requirements and was eligible for the bonus. But in spite of repeated follow-ups, I keep getting a response that they are investigating as to why I did not get the bonus - but no action has been taken.
