JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Chase Ink credit card advertises - points for every $1.00 spent on wireless services. On -/-/2016 I made - transactions to pay - bills. $21.00 and $2100.00 Chase did not award me - points as expected. Upon complaining Chase claims that it is due to the way payment gets coded. This isnt something Chase explains to customers. I think this is a clear case of FALSE advertising and UDAAP Violation. I would like CFPB to help me solve the issue and get me the points I deserved to get in the first place.
