JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Hello, In reviewing my credit report I see that Chase/Amazon Credit Card is reporting a late payment in -/-/-. However, during this time I moved residences and called the company twice to have my address change. In the chaos that ensues when one moves homes I did not recieve my bill. In fact they company never changed my address as requested. I have been trying to resolve the issue with Chase directly but I also recieved an email from a customer service rep stating that I signed up for paperless statements in -. I NEVER consented to paperless statements. In fact, in - I was only - and still living with my parents, why would I need paperless statements? Additionally, as I stated up until - and even now, I still recieve paper statements so I am not sure why they are saying that I was receiving paperless statements. I was never late prior to -/-/- and I have never been late since. It was an error made by the company Chase for not changing my address. Therefore the credit reporting is wrong.
