I have been going through the hardship process with CITI for over 11 months. Every time I submit documents I receive an email telling me they have everything they need. After a few weeks I receive another email telling me they need more information. I have sent over 18 emails with documents. I have complied with their every request. This was after my original contact stopped communicating and they told me the file was closed. This entire process seems geared towards making me give up so they do not have to do anything. I have continued to make my payments and work hard to not fall behind. I have requested phone calls from management and still have not received any.
