JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I have Opened an account at Chase - Three months ago. I got a Credit card with Chase - Freedom Unlimited Visa. Recently during the HOLIDAYS -/-/- I made a purchase ( around $600.00 best buy ) with the card as I got a very nice deal on few items. The transaction went thorugh without any issues and was cancelled after three days as the transaction was declined by Chase. Chase Freedon Unlimited says that it went to Fraud and they placed a hold on it. I did not receive any call from Chase regarding the decline.
I am really disappointed with the service. These are the reasons for my disappointment 1. I did not get call that my creadit card was declined from Chase. 2. My shipping address is same as my Chase Credit card/ Bank Address . 3. I have a really bad experience with Chase as nothing was done to keep me as a customer 4. Who will cover my loss as the deals are no longer available in any store.
