Incorrect information on credit report Account status Kansas

- entered a payment arrangement with me, in which they were to deduct my payments. I signed and returned the information. - was going through a merger at the time with -. The account was not even 30 days deliquent when I set up the auto pays, next thing I know, they marked the account 120 days past due, and charged off. I am upset because this has ruined my credit, and they wo n't respond or provide ACCURATE and full details of my payment record. I have tried to work with them several times, but it seems they do n't have the records, and are placing blame on my. If you view the payment reporting to the credit agencies- you will see the account went from paid on time to 120 past due in less than 1 month. They need to remove all of this information, I have given them 2 years to work with me or fix this, and it has ruined my quality of life and availability to consumer financing I would otherwise qualify for.
