Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Michigan

Received my Score form Experian from my bank. Folllowed the link on the pdf to get the free annual credit steps online on Experian. After I actually started disputing a few things on the report and adding them successfully to cart, I was n't allowed to proceed, kicked out of the system. I tried many. Still no access to all the work and disputes. A failure notice that says I need to write to Experian. No technical error. Tried a different laptop, great connection. I try to sign up and /or buy a product and it works well. This is a way of making things difficult deliberately to consumers - who would mail instead of having online access? - a way to oblige consumers to get the free annual report and actually dispute transactions online
