Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Indiana
Received a letter from Experian stating that a changed has been made to my account. They provided - phone numbers to which I called. The recorded message said there has been a changed to my information and if I did not make those changes stay on the line to obtain a credit report. I called several times and held for for a total of fifteen minutes only to be hung up on. Experian has a habit of not allowing the consumer access by phone and if you ( the caller ) do n't respond to the prompts ( even if the prompts do n't apply to your situation they hang up the call. It 's there tactic of avoiding the customer/consumer. Experian are not accountable.
