JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I signed up for Chase - - in response to an advertisement indicating - points on - - ' frequent flyer program if I spend $2000.00 within 2 months. However, i never received that - points. when i called Chase to inquire about my point status, they told me it takes 3-4 months to update in the system. So I called back a month later ; Chase told me that my account actually was n't set up to receive that offer but instead it was $200.00 credit and - points, which was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE TERMS OF THE DEAL I SIGNED UP FOR. Chase also told me that since i called back later than the 3 month time period, they ca n't change it back to the offer that I agreed to. THIS IS FRAUD. THIS IS PURE DECEIT. I have estimated the monetary value of this fraud. They cheated me out of - - - point. The cost of a - round trip - miles, which costs about $150.00 as a regular ticket. The - miles they CHEATED me out of corresponds to about - such round trips, which has a monetary value of $1200.00. I am absolutely livid and furious with their FRAUD AND THIEVING DECEIT.
