Closing/Cancelling account New Hampshire
I requested that my card / account be canceled and that the associated membership fee be canceled. This was done when I sent in payment for my bill. Which is in accordance the the cancellation policy stated on the back of the bill. However, contrary to my request, the account was not canceled and I was charged a fee. This account was a Chase Southwest Rapid Rewards card.
