Bank of America reversed fees that were charged to my account by -. There was a world wide computer glitch on -/-/2016 the day my child & I were scheduled to travel. I had travel insurance from -. Which is a $100.00 rip off. It claims to compensate the traveler for lost luggage, delays etc repatriation, up to $25000.00 but it is pointless to buy as they could not help me at all. I bought tickets for myself and my child to fly from - to - because her father is in -. The glitch happened as we were at - airport & no one called us to say it was impossible to change the tickets. It is -, we have a negative $800.00 account & it seems bank of America will not look at the internet to see that there REALLY WAS A WORLD WIDE computer glitch that caused - a serious problem, and that travelers are getting refunds.
