THE MOST RECENT WAS information SHOWING on the DEED that this LOAN IS INVALID ACCORDING TO THE RESTRICTION IN PLACE. I sent a complaint also on -. Upon receiving the information on my original deed, - - released my 2nd mortgage with a full lien release. BOA knowingly deceived me by continuing to send letters stating they needed more time to research the matter. BOA, then sold my loan to -. I notified - of the dispute that was still ongoing with BOA and supplied them with a copy of the certified Lien release from - - - -. In working with - -, - are using the same tactic as BOA and have now been researching the matter for several months with no conclusion. See case numbers Cfpb - for Deed restrictions, lien release copy from - and contact information on Director -.
