BB&T Financial Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Florida

I have been a customer at BB & T bank for a few years now, but In recent weeks, my account has been riddled with frivolous overdraft fees..The most recent overdraft fee was charged to my bank account simply for getting a refund from a company that charged me too much for a bill payment which was their error and thats why they refunded the amount they charged me that was over what my payment was suppose to be ... But whats worse than that is that another recent overdraft fee was initiated while this account had a positive balance and had been in the positive since a deposit on -/-/2016 took care of the previous negative charges and fees..This type of action i feel is predatory and abuse of the - and is a desperate attempt to make money off of - living on fixed incomes..I 've read horror stories about this type of thing happening to many -, but now its happening to me and i 'm gon na talk about it for everyone to read..I only make - from social security and another - on SSI and i 'm - years old and have to go look


is an embarrassment to finacial institutions everywhere due to the cut throat tactics it uses to make free money from what many consider to be fraudulent fees called OVERDRAFTS ... So i will not tolerate it any longer.. I am not sure how much good it will do, but I am contacting the the CFPB, The - and The attorney generals office as well as the seniors versus crime department about this ongoing and desperate behavior by the BB & T bank and i will file a report with each of them when time permits ..I will not stop until i make this bank understand that they simply cant steal money from people like this because it destroys homes and affects more than the person they are targeting and are stealing the money from..And i use the term " stealing '' because it wasnt earned, it 's just exploitation of the legal system called a " loophole '' to steal and its masked as an " Overdraft FEE '' ..I simply will not continue dealing with the ignorant retaliatory behavior exhibited by BB & T because This is all happening since i filed a - report on the incompetence of this bank that led to my credit report being hit with - hard inquires when it should have only been - hard hit and i feel the loan specialist should have used her common sense and realized that my application was not going to be approved after i had no collateral to offer or any other type of security to qualify for the type of loan me and my son was attempting to acquire..I have had loan specialists in the past that advised me to stop the application midstream because they thought it had no chance of being approved and they didnt want me to have an unnecessary hard hit on my credit report ... And after answering " NO '' to just about every question asked of me and my son by the loan specialist, she knew very well that the application would not be approved for a loan and obviously submitted the application twice for me and my son to both receive - hard hits on our - credit reports..Going thru this nightmare with the BB & T bank is causing much distress to myself and i 'm too old to have to deal with ignorance from a place that is suppose to pride itself in customer service..I will make it a mission to expose to everyone the way this bank has continually ripped me off so that they can stay clear of BB & T or more people can speak out about the practices of this bank as well ... I along with my son will make posts on every complaint website we can find to warn any and everyone of the business practices of BB & T so that they will at least be forewarned of what i consider should be called `` Bitter Brutal & Terrible bank '' ( BB $ T ).
