I am involved in a court case involving child custody, and based upon the court hearing, there is some indication that Sallie Mae may have released my confidential loan information to parties that are not listed on the loan. I have read their confidentiality policy, and what information they release and which parties they are authorized to release it to and I know for a fact that I did not authorize a release of the information to any of the parties that were in the hearing and I know that none of them are the listed parties that Sallie Mae can release my loan information to. Additionally, there is some indication that the parties involved in the law suit ( which are not involved in the loan ) made a fraud allegation in regards to my loan that are unsupported so now the loan is in default.
