Experian Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine New Hampshire
- I am unaware of any valid contract with this company for which they report that I owe $660.00 due to the account being seriously past due date / assigned to attorney, collection agency, or credit grantor 's internal collection department. I disputed the above accounts directly with - and have been attempting to resolve these issues directly with the above named collection agency since -/-/2016. As of the writing of this letter, they have been unable to provide any validate proof of a contract. They failed to mark my reports within the required time frame. I have retained copies of my ongoing correspondence with them and, if necessary, I can provide copies of the above as necessary to get this resolved as soon as possible. I only became aware of this account when I got rejected for credit last spring. This account is well over any statute of limitations in NH and has never been validated, either by the original creditor nor by -. It is due to fall off my report shortly, however, it is holding up current credit needs.
never been provided, they have closed their investigation. I formally request that this information be immediately deleted from the credit file maintained in my name by both - and Experian so that my credit portfolio supports my current financial goal. If it were even validated, it is a zombie debt and uncollectible. If need be, I am prepared to file suit and have all the documentation to be successful.
