Conventional adjustable mortgage (ARM) Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Florida

I am trying to short sell my house but the attorney representing the servicer ( SPS ) will not allow a short sale. We did receive all the paper work and online access to file the required documents and have an executed contract for a short sale but law firm is blocking it. I am also seeking relocation funds.
