Experian Credit Reporting Complaint

Experian Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Connecticut

I am a member of credit expert I have a membership and am allowed to view my credit report and score once a day. I have been transferred to the dispute Dept then back to the member Dept to resolve this issue mbr ship Dept tells me I have no address on file to view my report and to call experian I called experian and the put my address on my report. I then called back credit expert to view my report and was told I have to call dispute dept because there was a mismatch with my social security number and that over - reports have generated dating - but I still have no access to view them. This needs to be resolved so I can review my credit report and score.
