I began checking my credit report, and disputing inaccuracies a few years ago after finding out my identity had been stolen. On - separate occasions, I have provided the police report and all other required info. Here recently, the big - have blocked me access to online completely. Now, they refuse to return my phone calls, so I wrote Experian a letter with the police report again, and not knowing the outcome of my previous dispute. I never received a revised copy from Experian or -, or -. I clearly stated in my letter that I was disputing all adverse items, except for - - - - - which had 10+ years of " in good standing '' items, and also - loans that were in the negative. They sent me a report stating that they fixed the problem. They did not. They deleted all of my " in good standing '' items, and nothing else. The following day, I was able to get through over the phone, and explained the situation. They apologized and reassured me it would be resolved immediately. The next report I received had no changes made whatsoever and my good credit still deleted. They claim


message each time, and so I did. I never received a call back. They did send me a - page letter stating that It was my fault, and to see the attached report to answer my questions. There is nothing on the report. I have done everything I know to try to get this resolved, and they have continued to make matters worse each time. If you read through the documents I have provided, you 'll see that no due diligence on their part has been exercised. They have created more problems for me than the people who stole my identity, and they need to be held accountable. Otherwise, they 'll continue to blame me for their mistakes, or intentions as it seems, while I continue to suffer from them. Attached you WILL find a copy of my police report, and the letters that have been mailed. Finally, I do n't know who would request them to delete all of their " in good standings '' and ruin their own credit, but Experian is accusing me of gaining from it, and that I agreed in writing that the information was blocked in error, that I had knowingly obtained possession of goods, services, or money 's as a result of their blocking my good information, and that the block was based on a material misrepresentation. I assure you, I am not benefiting anything from having to deal with this ignorance, and yet they determine what goes on my credit report, and refuse to take anything off that is not mine. No conspiracy there, it 's just an inept malice that is somehow tolerated. While they play games with my life, I get wait on hold for noone.
