Harpeth Financial Services, LLC Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay February 12, 2017 - I took out a flex loan -/-/2016 shortly after the loan was taken out my child was - and I became late on all my bills. I contacted Advance Financial -/-/- and again -/-/- via telephone and I mailed a letter stating that I was aware of my account being behind and wanted to know if I could settle the account by making smaller payments and I received no response. I started receiving mailing from attorneys because I am being sued not only did they not respond they have now attached attorney fees and other fees. This will for sure force me into bankruptcy.... |
Harpeth Financial Services, LLC Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay October 15, 2016 - I currently have a " flex loan '' with advanced financial based in -, TN, I am currently in the - - and have been for 7 years. I have called and emailed the company asking them to reduce my APR to 36 %. They have failed to do so. My loan was for - and currently with all the fees they want me to pay back over - they are trapping me in debt. How am I supposed to pay this back when they prey on me. This company needs to be investigated for fraud and abuse. Please Help... |
