I have - checking accounts with USAA and I owed money in - account and today I am locked out of all of my accounts until I pay the negative balance. The balance in my other accounts was taken out and put toward that balance all of my cards are frozen. I never received any notice that this was going to be done and now I ca n't pay my rent or car payment.
