I have not been able to use a monitoring service with Experian for 2 months. My credit report has not updated since - -, 2016 and I have been in contact with the Executive Management with Experian since -/-/2016. I have made 32 phone calls with regards to this since -/-/2016 and spoken to - different people about this issue and I have not been helped. After several months of contacting the staff members of Experian and not being helped I contacted the corporate office who promised me return phone calls, but they never called me back. After reaching out to the corporate office and not being contacted back I contacted - - the Vice President of Information Services by phone and email and she refused to respond to my phone messages left or emails sent. No one at Experian is concerned with the fact that I as a consumer ca n't access my credit report. I was a member of Experian 's - Website that should have allowed me receive updated credit reports and scores on a daily basis, but as of -/-/2016 that service no longer worked. Even the people within the credit monitoring department at Experian ca n't update my credit file, but they have not cared one bit to fix this issue or assist me in any regard and this constitutes a breech of contract since I purchased their service that would allow me to update my credit reports and update my credit score on a daily basis.
