To Whom It May Concern, Bank of America gave me a HELOC loan on my house that is in a Commercial zone. There are other single family homes within this Commercial zone and this is allowed by the zoning in this area. Bank of America is now trying to change the HELOC loan to something else in order to do a " Commercial '' short sale which in turn means that they are trying to unilaterally make changes to the terms and conditions of the loan.
