Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Maryland

I had a checking, savings and credit line account through BB & T for the last decade. Recently there were many errors and retaliatory actions that were done to my accounts. These subtle errors by the -, MD team coached by - - was brought to your attention. I originally several times have requested formal arbitration information relating to this. My credit continues to be hurt and no resolve after months. I was told at some point there are repayment arrangements possibly I can enter into as to not hurt my credit further while a resolve/research is done. This being said, I want BB & T to know that during this entire process I have had - from a car crash. I am still treating and - from this car crash that was not my fault. I left in ambulance and have - of dollars in bills, with plenty of documentation to substantiate. This being said I would like to see if I qualify for any medical or hardship related freezes or repayment plans? Repeatedly I have been asking for this and have not gotten any answers. I do not want my credit to be further hurt and want a proper working relationship with BB & T again without - - loose run ship of fools sabotaging my account because they do not like the frequency of my visits. Also - pulled my credit for auto financing that I never authorized, this was never answered either. Errors to credit reporting need fixed. First things first, what can I do to repay the account into good standing while the above research and arbitration matters are resolved? Do you have any medical/hardship related payment plans, given the severity of my car crash and being limited to the amounts, types of work I can do. This medical - has resulted in dramatic losses of income. Please offer me any programs I may be entitled to in writing to my home mailing address on file. Thank you.
