Closing/Cancelling account Pennsylvania

I have a sterling inc account with bot Kays and Jareds for almost 2 years with no missed payments in this almost 2 year time frame.I was in a Jareds store and trying to do a purchase for a ring which was said to be a layaway on this ring, So the associate updated my address and called Jareds and did a unauthorize pull of my credit also.My Jareds account was closes which I was find with.So upon going to Kays store to purchase my husbands anniversary ring, I was told my Kays account was closed also.So the store called and they said it was due to high balances on other accounts, but I have had high balances when the account was open .I have also noticed in many of the sterling inc stores which I visit locally and in other states there has kind of been some discriminating from male associates and managers ever since this lawsuit came about for the sexual discrimination among the company as well and feel this has now reflected back to the female customers in some ways or others, because I have seen it with other consumers while i these stores.I have also noticed Sterling inc adds on protections plans with consent from the customers as well.Cause I have denied it several times or more and found it was added on anyway to my account, but it was adjusted.I didnt bother filing a class action at that time and have remain a loyal customer with good payment history anyway.Maybe I should have not been so nice, because I seemed to be getting treated unfairly in many ways and feel part of it is due to the current suit against sterling inc for discriminations against women.
