When I received my income tax with rushcard in -. I had damaged my card and called for a new one, weeks later I notced I stI 'll have n't received my replacement card I called them and asked what was going on. They told me thy had already sent it out and I sold have reicieved it by now. They went on to tell me what address they sent it to wic was not mine. I had been usin the same address for rush card since -. I do n't know how they got the one that they " sent it to ''. The balance of my account gets sent to me everyday via email and txts. I noticed that I had not - a text from this card I never received stating my balance was - cents. And immediantly called rush card to see what had happened. They told me my card had been activated and used. I told them that it was n't me who did it and tmso they hsd me file a dispute report for all transactions made on that card. It has been since - - that I have been dealing with this. Months


waited for it to show up and nothing came. I called them back and they said for security reasson I needed to send identification. All the documents were faxed to them and I still have n't received anything. Today I got an email saying that $72.00 was credited to my account. I again immediantly called them to see why is it so low.?? They told me that there were only - disputes that were fon in my favor. But months ago they told me that allll of t he disputed would be credited to me. I feel lied to, scammed, and chested out of my hard earned money. This isnt fair. I do n't trust anything they say. And I demand answers please help me. It 's been since - I have been waiting for all of my money and today I found out that I 'm only getting not even 10 % back. My email is -- my phone number is -.
