I have been trying to dispute this account on my credit report for months and have not heard back. I have sent numberous dispute letters to the credit bureaus and to Santander. They are failing to delete this account from my credit report because it is actually reporting twice on my credit report which is a violation of the FCRA. I have contacted an FCRA attorney who said I can sue for this but wanted to see if you could remove it to save us - the trouble.
