hello I have a first and second adjustable rate mortgage serviced by suntrust mortgage, the note states change date is - - 2011, and the rate is to follow the 45 day libor and add a - margin. how can I get suntrust to acknowledge they have been over charging and get them to refund they have been charging 5.5 percent and should have been charging 3.3 percent.
