In 2008 We signed with - - in Michigan to have the installation of the windows in our house. Afterward, we had a lot of problems and kept calling their contractor back. In the meantime we received bills from GE Retail Bank, who said they were partners with - ( we never signed with them, the contract we have is solely with - ). Finally, - refused to come out and fix any more problems we stopped payment. GE sold the debt and now we were sued for the debt that we never signed on. We were never aware that we were signing with GE in the first place. They claim we signed with them when we signed with -. Now we have to deal with -, a debt buyer in court over this.
