I made a wire transfer of - $2500.00 to my husband in - - more than 3 weeks ago, with Citibank. When I made the transfer, the receipt said the money would be available within 7 days. As of today, there is still no transfer. Citibank has blamed the receiving bank ( - ) and also blamed the Treasury Department -. I 've made contact with - and neither are involved or are holding any funds. Citibank continues to make excuses on a DAILY basis and are offering no real help at all. Essentially, they have stolen my $2500.00 and do n't care.
