I recently received a notice from Chase Bank informing me that the cash advance APR on my credit card would be raised from 19.24 % to 25.24 % on -/-/16. The notice stated that I could reject this change. I called the company to do so, and they informed me that if I rejected the change, it would automatically close my account. In essence, they told me that I had to accept these new terms, or my account would be closed.
