I applied for a Chase - - - credit card in - 2016. The offer I applied for was for - - miles after $2000.00 spend in the first 3 months. Shortly after applying, I saw there was a - - miles bonus after $3000.00 spend in the first 3 months. I contacted Chase to match the offer. They responded that they were able to extend the offer to me, if I increase the minimal spend from $2000.00 to $3000.00. I accepted their offer. After putting the additional spend to meet the new $3000.00 minimum for the - bonus - miles, I messaged Chase to process the additional bonus. They informed me that they could not honor the offer.
