Citibank lied to me about a promotion I called Citibank on -/-/- morning at - - - and they converted my Day to Day Savings Account to a Savings Plus account and assured me that I was enrolled in - Promotion offer - I called once more on -/-/-to confirm and I was assured that I was enrolled On -/-/-, I called again to confirm before transferring the money and then their story changed. They said they can not confirm if I was enrolled or not and said they will call me the next day to confirm. On next day, they called me to say that I was NOT enrolled in the above promotion. As you can see, they lied to me and have no clue about what they are doing. I want this to stay on their permanent record so other people can also see and learn about their dishonest and corrupt practices
