On - -, 2016 I sent my third and final request to Experian for a Security Freeze, along with the letter I send a copy of my drivers license, social security card, police report and proof of address ; per the certified mailing receipt Experian received my request on - -, 2016. To date I have yet to receive a confirmation letter form Experian stating they have placed the Security Freeze on my credit file along with my PIN number.
