Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low
JPMorgan Chase & Co. Bank account or service department,
Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low New Jersey
Chase authorized an - payment on -/-/16 for $120.00 as a debit card transaction and there was sufficient dollars in my account at that time. I have the text to prove this. I then had my - check # - for $370.00 clear overnight on Monday -/-/16, so the - charge hit my account officially on Monday -/-/16 and Chase charged me a fee. It 's my understanding that if a debit card transaction is approved there will be no OD fee associated with it. The - charge was put through as a recurring charge, by Chase. We had Chase and - on the phone at the same time and Chase miscoded the charge and charged me a fee of $34.00. I want the fee reversed! I should not have been charged this fee and this was not a recurring charge. Chase is fraudulently charging me an OD fee. I currently have a - charge pending, which was again authorized before the check cleared and they are not charging me a fee for this. Why? Because it was authorized before the check came through, so why is the - transaction being charged a fee. Because Chase is being fraudulent!
