JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I received a notice from Chase Bank USA in the mail stating that the terms of my cardmember agreement had been revised and that my Cash Advance APR rate would arbitrarily rise from 19.49 % to 25.24 %. I called the hotline posted on the notice and spoke with a customer service representative from Chase to dispute the changes to the agreement. The representative was kind, but told me that my only option to reject the interest rate hike was to close the account.
