On -, my boyfriend at the time and his business partner, forgery - checks from my personal checking account - for $100000.00 and another - for $10000.00. I Submit my claim to the bank and to the Police Department, I got copy of the transactions, checks withdrawn from my checking account and deposited into another bank one account, proof of claim notarized by the bank and police report, and wait for 18 years, until a couple days ago finally the Executive Office from Chase call me and stated that they can not pay me my claim because of the time. my claim with Chase Bank is - - - - The lady that contact me from Chase Executive Office, to give me the news, really do n't know what to say, she shay to me that the investigation for my case was done and they found no claim on my case because is no documents to proof the claim, then I ask her what type of investigation they did if they do n't have any documents, she put me on hold and later she say that they do n't have any documentation on my claim. I send copies of my claim maybe 15 or more times throughout these years but they always will say that they misplaced and ask me to send it again and again. she finally say, - yes we have some paper but does n't have anything that proof the claim. I 'm really frustrated please help. If I need to press charges against these people I will do it, but please help
