We accept debit/credit cards for goods and services. Normally, we process the transaction and settle the batch with Chase Paymentech. The funds are then deposited into our - checking account by Chase Paymentech. We had our bank acct info stolen -/-/-. I immediately closed the - checking account and opened a new - checking account. I changed bank acct info with Chase Paymentech, however it was not actually changed. They kept depositing into our old account. My bank, as a courtesy, transferred the funds into the correct acct for 60 days. All of this was behind the scenes and without my knowledge. Chase Paymentech never notified me that they were unable to change the account info. When the day came that the bank stopped transferring from the closed acct to the new account, I immediately contacted Chase. That was -/-/-. Over $1600.00 is at Chase. For two months, I tried to update the checking acct information, however because they could not accomodate the legal name of our company, I was unable to get this accomplished. I presented letters from my bank, charter, etc. Just a side note, they accepted it when I originally opened the account -/-/-. With frustration, I requested that they send the funds by check on -/-/-. Today is -/-/- and have still not received the funds. I represent the - - -, a non profit organization. I continue to get the runaround every week that I called. I have event been to the " Escalation Dept. ". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
