The bank said they could not find any record of where I authorized them to refuse any NSF after this consumer law passed. They had to get each depositor to sign yes or No. I said No. At least once since this law passed this bank refunded my fee on a NSF they paid without authorization. I looked in the email for it and apparently they have another policy of deleting emails after 6 months. Prior to this illegal fees theivery, all my emails were available from the day I opened the account. Several Years. Apparently so they could prove that had n't refunded with their own messages.
