On - - of 2016, I was in the process of moving my savings from my Chase Bank account to my fiancee 's bank account. Around that time we were in the midst of moving so we needed the money in order to put a down payment on the apartment and buy necessities. Everything was going fine, until - - of 2016 Chase froze my account causing the - $1500.00 checks to no longer be valid. This resulted in my fiancee 's account being in negative balance for $4000.00 ( late charges were applied at her bank ). I did n't receive no call or email in stating why my account was frozen so I went to the - - location in - -. I proceeded to talk to one of the representatives and she told me that a investigation will be done and I will receive my money in 72 hours. I explained to her my situation that they froze our money and we were currently residing in hotels and that was our major source of money. The representative said she really could n't do anything more for me. I went to the branch three days later because my


She told me it will take 72 hours. At this point, I 'm frustrated and I have been resorting to my credit card in order to survive. I told the representative that currently we are at a bind and we are depending on this money. She then told me they found the hacker and it was a person in Maine hacking into the account and she assured me that I will have my money and that I needed to open up a new account to do so. I opened a new account and waited three days to hear anything back from them about my money. I went into the bank and they changed their story blaming me and telling me I was the reason my account was frozen. Which is ridiculous, I do n't know anyone in Maine and no one has access to my account but me and my fiancee. I 'm very frustrated because now my fiancee 's bank account will be going to collects in 2 days unless we get some money back, This resulted in my using my credit card in order to survive. Chase 's stupid way of handling customers caused me to max out my credit card to -. I do n't want my fiancees credit to be ruined by chase.
