I filed a dispute about some charges on my debit card with chase bank -/-/2016. the unauthorized transactions were -/-/2016 through -/-/2016. I had contacted the merchant in - 2016 regarding the first transactions and told me they were going to do an investgation. Some more transactions were charged in -/-/- to which i followed up with the merchant about the -/-/- transactions and about the -/-/- transactions, to which they said the had 60 days to resolve the issue and give a refund. At that point I called CHASE BANK ( the issuer ) to get help on this matter, to which they told me to call the claim with the merchant, and if that did not work to call them again to initiate the investigation with the merchant. Again in -/-/- other transactions were charged to the card, and followed up again with the merchant as per CHASE had instructed me. The charges stopped at that point, but my money was never refunded as the had promised. Therefore, I called Case in may to file the disputes, allowing me to do it and had told me that they were to refund the money while the conducted the investigation.


the dispute. An investigation with the merchant never happened. I had done more than they did. At least I did a 3 month investigation, making me think that Chase would not conduct the investigations on fraud cases for their customers. I called the merchant again in - 2016, and they deny any disputes. I went to my chase branch in person to ask to reopen the case on - -, 2016 and as of this moment nothing has been credited back to my account. Here is a summary of the unauthorized transactions : $98.00 on -/-/2016, $100.00 on -/-/2016, $100.00 on -/-/2016, $100.00 on -/-/2016, $58.00 on -/-/2016, $70.00 on -/-/2016, $100.00 on -/-/2016, $100.00 on -/-/2016, $100.00 on -/-/2016, $100.00 on -/-/2016, $100.00 on -/-/2016, for a total of $1000.00, merchant name : -
